COVID-19 Updated Policy

Attention Clients – Please Read These Important New Procedures!

In response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Eagles Peak Animal Clinic is implementing the following temporary policies in an effort maintain the safety and well being of our patients, staff, and clients:

⦁  We are unable to allow any person who is coughing or has upper respiratory symptoms to interact with our staff. If you have these symptoms or are otherwise unwell, please have someone else bring your pet to their appointment.
 ⦁  Only one person will be permitted into the clinic to accompany their pet to its appointment.
⦁  Food orders and medication refills must be called in ahead of time and will be brought out to your car. When you arrive, call to alert us you are here and what vehicle you are in. If you are paying with a credit card you can pay over the phone and your receipt and food/medication will be brought out to you.
By taking these precautions, we hope that we can remain open in order to continue to provide care to your pets when needed. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
